The spiritual tenets of Reiki are known as the Five Reiki Principles.
They were taught by Dr. Usui (the creator of Usui Reiki, which is now often referred to as "Reiki") and are still taught in present Reiki classes.

These are recommended to all Reiki practitioners but we also feel they are beneficial to putting into practice in our everyday lives. This is great to print, laminate, and keep in your pocket or near a place where you will see it often.
